Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for using services of SahajNet.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a services, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to SahajNet.
  • Set-Top-Box refer to the device used to connect internet.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to SahajNet, accessible from
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

We are service providing company where we provide paid subscription and once it is paid, it cannot be refunded, unless there is a technical fault in the set-top-box and the set-top-box is under warranty.

In case the warranty period of the set-top-box is over, we don’t entertain any kind of refund or cancellation rights to our users for the device or the subscription amount.

If you find that you are eligible for a return/refund/cancellation, in order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision with full details of reason, evidences of payment and original receipts. You can inform us your decision by:

If we find that you are eligible and have valid ground to get a refund, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the days, if we get the device back within the stipulated time period.

Conditions for Return of Set-Top-Box

In order for the set-top-box to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The set-top-box is within warranty period.
  • The set-top-box is not in working condition.
  • The set-top-box has no physical sign of damage.
  • The company seal on the set-top-box cabinet is not tampered.
  • There is no sign of liquid spillage on the set-top-box.

In the following conditions, we don’t accept return/refund request for set-top-box:

  • If the set-top-box is in working condition.
  • You found a better set-top-box and don’t want it anymore.
  • The warranty period has expired or the warranty seal of the company is tampered or there is a sign of physical damage, liquid damage on the set-top-box.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Reimbursement in Case of Return Accepted

In case you are found eligible for a refund, you’ll get it within 14 days from the date we receive at our company office in following conditions:

  • You’ll get a reimbursement for the device with a deduction for the depreciation of 5% per month from the billed price.
  • The amount will be deposited into provided bank account in the refund mail within 14 days of receiving the device at company office.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the set-top-box to us. You should send the set-top-box at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for set-top-box damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the set-top-box or proof of received return delivery.
